Hot Water Boiler & Steam Plant Work

Specializing in all areas of the heating plant and the systems that support them. Our experience ranges from High and Medium Pressure Con-Ed Steam Stations to Header Based Condensing Hot Water Boilers. We are DOB certified for ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.9 Pipe Welding to meet any X-Ray type specification testing requirements. 

Stainless Steel 

Whatever the system or the service it won’t degrade a stainless steel piping system. We are experts in 304 and 306 Stainless Steel Piping Systems. Our capabilities include TIG and MIG welding to ASTM E426 standards. 

Copper Brazing and Soft Solder 

As a staple in any mechanical contractors’ arsenal, we take pride in our copper work piping work. We work with copper piping from ¼” all the way up to 6” where necessary. We use our skills for many types of systems from water piping to compressed air and pneumatic systems. 

Grooved Piping Systems

Our team is always up to date with all new modern grooved pipe fittings, couplings and concepts. Sometimes this can be considered as an alternate to welded pipe or an installation method where larger pipe can be installed without any overtime welding requirements.

Our experience encumbrances all the different types of VRF systems available to the market from heat recovery systems, heat pump systems with manufacture provided Y fittings to basic single zone split systems.
